I’m Meredith Richards, and thanks for logging on to my personal
website.
I care about Virginia and have served our community with
dedication for over ten years. I was honored to be elected to
Charlottesville's City Council for eight years, with two terms as Vice Mayor. I’ve
served Central Virginia and the State of
Virginia on appointed boards, commissions and task forces where people of
experience and goodwill work together to map out a strong future for Virginia.
As a Democrat, I will always fight for working families and try to find new solutions to
today’s challenges. The issues of importance to me reflect core values of justice,
fairness, economic equity and inclusion for all.
